Iāve been waiting a month on my order. Iāve emailed 3 times asking about it and have yet to get a response.
Hey Christa, we are sorry for the delay! I just looked up your order and we understand your concern, but please understand your items are not lost, only delayed. The USPS was not prepared for the shipping volume they have had due to COVID. Your sign is on the way and was delivered to our post office within 2 business days of your order and then moved onto the Indianapolis Hub which is completely overwhelmed. Because of this they are not scanning items at all along the route. Regardless of what the tracking says, your item is not in Lizton. The Lizton post office is a small, one room post office and they do not have room to keep packages. We hand deliver packages to them daily and later that same evening a truck picks up the packages and takes them to Indianapolis. I can assure you that packages are not in Lizton. We are really sorry about this and trying our best to help resolve the delivery delays that the USPS is currently experiencing. -------------------------------- This is from our postmaster in Indianapolis: There have been many Covid cases reported here in the last several weeks and many people are too sick to come to work.
