Q: Why did I see a WARNING after I placed my order, or why did I not receive my order e-mail confirmation?

A: Some e-mail software may place the message we sent in a "Junk" or "Spam" folder. If that happens, mark it as "Not Junk" or "Not Spam".


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, checks and money orders.


Q: Where do I send payments?

A: Credit Cards and Paypal transactions will be handled through our online check-out system.

Q: How fast can I receive my sign?

A: FAST! Your sign is generally shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received, however, the holiday rush can cause delays. Please contact us if you are concerned about an item to arrive on time. We do our best to meet all of our customers' needs. Checks usually clear in 4 days.


Q: Do you offer a discount for purchasing multiple signs?

A: Yes, please contact us at sales@liztonsignshop.com for more information on large quantity purchases of 50 or more signs.  You can also visit our wholesale store www.liztonsignshop.net.


Q: Do you have a money-back guarantee?

A: Yes, if your sign arrives damaged or you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us and we will refund your money. Please bear in mind our signs are meant for novelty purposes and are not real street signs.


Q: Can you customize my sign?

A: In most cases we can, feel free to contact us at sales@liztonsignshop.com to discuss your ideas.


Q: What are your signs made of?

A: The smallest sign we offer for each shape is made of heavy .040 aluminum and all larger sizes are made with very heavy .063 aluminum. They will last for years and years both indoors and outdoors. All signs have predrilled holes & rounded corners.


Q: Are your signs reflective?
